Spherical silica

This is a non-porous spherical silica made from high-purity, low-impurity silica sand sourced from our own mine in Australia (Albany silica sand).

Since we conduct integrated production from raw materials to finished products, there are very few metallic foreign substances, making it suitable for various fillers for improving heat resistance and fluidity, as well as fillers for enhancing filling rates, such as pastes and sealing materials. We offer standard grades achieved through vibration screening and top-cut grades with sharp particle size distribution using air classification, and we can adjust particle size distribution and specific surface area according to customer needs, as well as provide various surface treatments.

Micron Spherical Silicon Dioxide

Micron spherical silica comes in various particle sizes, with products available in three types: porous, non-porous, and surface-modified non-porous.

Plastic microbeads are very small, non-biodegradable solid particles. They are used in a wide range of products for cleaning purposes, such as cosmetics, toothpaste, abrasives, and exfoliants. Why is it important to prevent microbeads from polluting the environment? Microbeads can pass through the filters of wastewater treatment facilities during face washing or showering, and those that cannot be processed flow into rivers and oceans, potentially harming marine life, the global environment, and human health. We at Sukgyung AT would like to contribute to your business with our micron-sized spherical silica solutions.
